Tuition is nonrefundable except in extenuating circumstances (ex. medical emergency). Tuition is paid monthly and posts to your account on the 1st of the month. To avoid an upcoming tuition charge, please notify us of any changes to your dancer’s schedule two weeks before the 1st of the month.

If your circumstances change, you can cancel your enrollment by calling or emailing the studio two weeks before the 1st of the month. This allows enough time for our admin team to address the cancellation and schedule any make-up classes, and for our system to process the change. Please note that we are unable to temporarily pause registrations and cannot hold a spot in a particular class.

You have the option to schedule a make up class up to four weeks from the date of the absence. Please call, text, or email us to schedule make up classes.

Yes! We put on 2-3 performances each year (winter, spring, and summer). Performances are optional, but dancers are encouraged to sign up. Dancers do not need to audition for performances. There is a performance fee of $60. Sign-ups will typically be announced 2-3 months in advance. Performance dates and locations will be announced as far in advance as possible, but may be adjusted depending on circumstances.

If a class is full, you have the option to add your dancer to the waitlist. Our admin team reviews class enrollment and waitlists frequently. We do our best to offer multiple class times to accommodate schedules and avoid long waitlists whenever possible. Please reach out if you need help finding a different class time.
